The Visual Arts Network of South Africa (VANSA) would like to invite you
to a creative networking event at the Pretoria Art Museum. We want to
use the event to open up discussion and debate around the visual arts
industry in Tshwane through stimulating presentations from artists and
specialists in curating, art publishing and industry research. Presenters
will through imagery, talk about what inspires/ frustrates/ engages
them about being a visual arts professional in and around Tshwane. I addition,
representatives from the Metro will provide information on what is going on
at a municipal level.

Presentations will be followed by a discussion and networking over snacks.

VANSA is in the process of developing a visual arts strategy for the
Gauteng City Region, for the provincial government. We want to make
sure that your voice is heard in ensuring that investment and
involvement from government is informed by the real needs of our
industry.
