Greatmore Art Studios Exhibition: The One Minutes Africa
This year, the One Minute Foundation, an international organization is focusing on Africa with an awards ceremony in Egypt. Facilitator Kitty Dörje took this opportunity to get submissions from ten artists from diverse backgrounds in Cape Town. Opening on Thursday 28 April 2011 at 18h30 at Greatmore Studios
The artists spent a week conceptualizing, shooting and editing their one minute submissions in an interactive group environment. We’d like to invite you to view the results of this workshop on.

"The One Minutes Africa competition is a co-production of Townhouse Gallery and The One Minutes foundation and is meant to specifically showcase the work of video makers in Africa. All videos submitted to The One Minutes Africa competition will also
be automatically submitted to The One Minutes Global competition. The One Minutes Africa is made possible through the support of Arts Collaboratory."
